Matomo Analytics for cities/regions

Cities, regions are really the biggest projects I am used to work with. In fact, public administration in general have clearly realized that they cannot offer a public service within a domestic market in one hand and feeding GAFAM companies on the other. So, my role here is to explain to the public administration teams why there has been a shift from Google technologies to the Matomo one, train and provide support in order for them to be 100% autonomous on the use of the platform.
